Pobeda Peak (7,439 m) is located on the Kakshaal Too Ridge and proudly claims the title as Kyrgyzstan’s silk road highest peak as well as the highest peak in the Tien Shan Mountains. Pobeda Peak’s cap is made up of 3 peaks: the Western Summit (6,918 m), the Eastern Summit (7,079 m), and the Main Summit (7,439 m).

Routes up to the peak are quite challenging and require climbers to endure extremely harsh conditions.

Pobeda Peak is just 16 kilometers away from Khan Tengri, another 7000+ meter peak.  Pobeda Peak and Khan Tengri are 2 out of the 5 7000+ meter CIS peaks that once summited, earns the climber the honorary title of “Snow Leopard.”  The other 3 peaks are Lenin Peak, Ismail Somoni Peak, and Korjenevskaya Peak.
