Petroglyphs Zaraut Sai

Zarautsay gorge is situated in the south-western spurs of Hissar ridge. In the rock shelters, niches and small caves were found ochre drawings that were studied in 1940 and 1964. The main subject of paintings is a hunting of people with dogs on wild bulls, gazelles, goats, pigs; the hunters are armed with bows, arrows and dressed in masking garments; there are also other images depicted here. Possible dates of the drawings are Neolithic - Mesolithic. Here were also found later images.
