Karkara Base Camp can accommodate up to 60 people in 2-person tents complete with 2 twin beds and electricity. Meals are served 3 times a day in a traditional Kyrgyz yurt (round felt tent used by nomads) which serves as a dining area. The base camp also offers a bar, sauna, shower, small shop, and mountain bike rental. Satellite phones are available for use at extra cost.
Karkara Base Camp is used to reach the following destinations in Kyrgyzstan: South and North Inylchek Glaciers, South Inylchek Base Camp, Khan Tengri Peak (7,010 m), and Pobeda Peak (7,134 m).
