Located roughly 80 kilometers from Bishkek, the Issyk Ata Gorge is enthroned in mountains, which the higher you go, become stunning alpine meadows. Riverbeds and streams cut through the bottom of the gorge, where you can also find waterfalls.

Tour Program

Issyk Ata Gorge is an exceptionally beautiful place famous for its natural hot springs that you can lounge in and enjoy the mountain scenery. It also contains a waterfall that can be reached via a light hike into the mountains. A small pass will lead you to the waterfall where you can break for a nice picnic if desired. It takes just two hours to get to Issyk Ata Gorge from Bishkek.

An interesting fact about Issyk Ata Gorge is that it houses a stone with the image of Buddha on it, displaying evidence that Buddhism existed in Kyrgyzstan centuries ago.

In the evening drive back to Bishkek. You will be transferred to any address in the city that we agree upon in advance.
