Tour Program

 

We offer you to spend a wonderful day, visiting two beautiful places and exploring the south coast of Issyk-Kul, riding a distance of 100 kilometers! The first stop on the route is the Fairytale Canyon. This amazing place was opened for tourists quite recently, but now it is difficult to imagine discovering the nature of the Issyk-Kul region without visiting this canyon. Once we reached the Fairy Tale, we will arrange a small excursion there among beautiful red sandstones, which remind castles, wild animals and other different things. We spend here about one, two hours.

After the first walk and picnic, with the view to amazing Issyk-Kul lake, you will go to the Barskaun gorge, famous for it’s waterfalls – “Tears of Bars” and “Manas Bowl”. A walk to the waterfalls will take one and a half to two hours, after which you will return to the car and go back to Karakol.

Attention: we are conducting this tour even in late autumn and winter, but you should know that the program will be different – for example, at this time you cannot swim in lake and you will not see waterfalls, because water freezes.
