Umai Hotel in Kyrgyzstan

Situated just north of the city centre the Umai Hotel is a family run home from home. Our large gardens ensure quiet and tranquillity yet we are only a few minutes from the heart of Bishkek.

All our rooms have private toilets and showers along with air condition and satellite television. There is free wifi throughout the hotel, including lounge and dining room, and gardens.

In spring we open our outside bar and put up our “yurt” where you can sit and dine or enjoy a few drinks.  For the children we have plenty of space to run around and they all love our “selkinchek” (large swing), as do most of the adults as well.

The grounds are secure and there is adequate space for vehicles and bicycles to be parked safely.

We have family (4 person), triple, double and twin rooms all offered on a bed and breakfast basis.  Additional meals are by arrangement and our “ochok” (outside stove) and barbecue are available throughout the year.  Catering for people with special dietary requirements is available with advanced notice.

In addition to the above Umai can provide a range of services:

• 1, 2 and 3 day guided tours in and around Bishkek and Lake Issyk-Kul

Please note that the Umai has a no smoking policy in the main building.
