    Many tours, be it 4×4, trekking or horse riding, offer trips to hot mineral springs to give a nice relaxation time for the tourists. Kyrgyzstan is filled with natural springs where some of them are known compared to others due to their health and temperature benefits. Some hot mineral springs are used on tours, and they include Issyk Ata, Altyn Arashan, and Juuku hot spring.

    Altyn arashan hot mineral springs

    They are situated in a gorge that is filled with the lush mountain sides of the Tien Shan Mountains. The radon waters, which are at 500C, are known to assist cure diseases that are related to musculoskeletal, nervous, cardiovascular and endocrine systems. In the privacy of enclosed shelters, the visitors can lounge in the hot spring waters. A simple resort has been set up close to the spring to accommodate the travelers.

    Juuku hot springs

    A valley that stretches near Issyk Kul lake has more hot springs, well-known as Juuku springs. It is situated near the Juuku River, and the water is about 340C. The warm water combined with the breathtaking beauty of the Tien Shan Mountains will leave you stunned.

    Issyk Ata mineral springs

    Many mineral springs are housed by the Issyk Ata Valley and about half of them are thermal. The mineral springs register a temperature of over 300C. The mineral springs are superb for the skin, helping in the removal of body rashes and other conditions such as eczema. They also assist in the relieve of arthritis pain. Travelers can delight in Issyk Ata hot springs waters in the outdoor pools that are present in the valleys.

    Going to the spring is a superb way to relax in peace and tranquility. The amount of time spent at the hot springs site can vary from hours to days depending on the tour.
