Tour Program

In the place where the Great Steppe ends and the impregnable mountains of the Tien Shan begin, there is one of the most atypical, but at the same time one of the most famous sights of Kazakhstan. If we count from Almaty, then the length of the path to the canyon is about 200 km. Stretching over 154 km, the Charyn Canyon is considered the largest in Central Asia. According to scientists, the canyon is about 12 million years old! Charyn Canyon looks great at any time of the year.

To get from Almaty to the Charyn Canyon, you need to spend about three hours, so the tour starts early in the morning. Arriving here, you will undoubtedly want to take a walk along the Valley of Castles, among the steep cliffs more than 100 meters high and through the upper panoramas. The incredible landscapes created by nature ask themselves to be photographed, and the tea drunk at the edge of the canyon seems especially delicious!

The trip will take all day (about 10-12 hours) so charge your cameras and stock up on a great mood!

The tour starts from your hotel in Almaty. After the tour, the guide will accompany you to your hotel, or to any other point in the city.
