Iran offers many rare archaeological beauties, including the ancient capital city, Persepolis, which is rated as UNESCO world Heritage site, and of course the city of Hamadan, the mud architecture of Yazd. Iran allows its visitors to explore the wonders of ancient Persia and enjoy the modern Iran simultaneously.
For feeling more into Iran, we propose you the following interesting and a bit unusual activities
Birding
With a big coastline and a huge variation in habitat in climate, Iran becomes a perfect haven for a record number of over 500, many of which can be seen in the Touran National Park, where can be found many endangered species of birds that can be found only in this area.
The country is popular in deserts and every one of them will make your feel the giant powers that you have inside. The most fantastic is to take a night ride in the Dashte Kavir- the Salt Desert and to admire the clear night sky with millions of starts on it.
Shower in Margoon waterfall
A bit less than 100 kilometres outside the city of Shiraz, there’s the Margoon Waterfall, which falls into a spring of a river. This is a unique paradise in Iran, a place where you can refresh yourself in a hot summer day or breathe deeply in a cold snowy one. But of course, the best time to visit it is April to August with a swimsuit, as there’s nothing better than staying under a Waterfall in a hot summer day.
Shop in Tehran Bazaar
It might sound strange, but the Bazaar in the capital city is one of the most interesting places to go as a traveller. Here you can see the life as it goes and even do a nice shopping at prices much lower than in the local stores. The specific of this Bazaar though, are not the prices but the culture, here you can find great deals in a matter of lunches and the most fantastic Persian tea.
Iran is a beautiful country with a rich history which deserves to be discovered over and over again. Visit Iran with us!
