Ticket sales for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Second World Nomad Games has recently been started. The World Nomad Games will take place from September 3-8, 2016 at Lake Issyk-Kul and should be #1 in your Kyrgyzstan travel plan for this Autumn!
Tickets can be bought at official sales points in Bishkek and Osh, as well as through the official app of the World Nomad Games 2016: on Google Play Store or on the Apple App Store.
The price of the tickets depends on the chosen seat location and on the event: for the Opening Ceremony, ticket’s price will be 300-3800 KGS, and for the Closing Ceremony 300 – 2000 KGS.
To buy tickets at sales points everybody will need to present personal identification documents. The sales person will enter this personal information into a database and will photograph the person buying the ticket with special equipment. The ticket will be issued with a QR code, in which the personal information will be encoded (including name, photograph, and passport information).
Purchasing tickets through the mobile app will require personal information to be entered into a special form, and a photograph. You will need to pick your place and pay for it, and afterwards will receive a QR code, which will serve as an official ticket. This ticket is strictly individual. Selling or giving this ticket to another person will result in its cancellation without return of money.
Tickets are required for the Official Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the World Nomad Games. The sporting and cultural events at the Hippodrome (from September 4th through 7th) and Kyrchyn Gorge are absolutely free.
The major Kyrgyzstan tourism event of this year – Second World Nomad Games will take place from September 3rd through 8th, 2016, at Lake Issyk-Kul. The program includes spectacular sporting competitions in 23 different kinds of traditional sports, including horse riding games and wrestling, “Nomad’s Universe” folklore festival, as well as other cultural and sporting events, which will take place in the Hippodrome in Cholpon-Ata, as well as in the picturesque Kyrchyn Gorge with plenty of yurts and national cuisine and in the Health and Wellness Center.
