And that aside, one of the best parts about traveling to a different country is to taste all of that country’s delicious food! So, why not try the best in the country you’re in?
Tbilisi, Georgia is a fascinating city with a long and interesting history as well as some medieval structures and influences both from east and west. Therefore, one can imagine what kinds of delicious food there will be in this area. Tbilisi is a hotspot for tourists from all over the world, so its restaurant selection is both quality and varied. But, since we are discussing

Gabriadze Theater Café is a wonderful choice to see some great views, sample Georgian cuisine, and taste a varied selection of Georgian wines. It is located on Shavteli Street in the city.

Samakitno Machakhela has about 4 chains in the city and is another fabulous option for the tourists who visit Georgia and want to taste their cuisine. A classic Georgian dish is their Khachapuri, which is a cheese bread with an egg in the center of it. It’s very popular and looks similar to a pizza. This is a great stop to pick up on of these. Don’t leave Tbilisi without tasting this!
Lastly, Organique Josper Bar is another place to hit on the trail of food in Tbilisi, Georgia. It provides all kinds of Georgia products but all organic! And, who can have food without a nice glass of wine. Here, they serve over 16 different kinds of wines as well as service known for its quality.
In all of this part of the world, Tbilisi is one of the top cities to experience. Tourism in Georgia is growing, and with all it has to offer in way of cuisine and views, it’s no surprise. For a taste of true, quality Georgian cuisine, Tbilisi is the place to begin.
